为规范本分会会籍的管理，促进分会自身建设和发展，根据中国电器工业协会章程、中国电器工业协会工业锅炉分会工作条列、中国电器工业协会会籍管理办法，特制定本管理办法。
一、 会员条件
凡从事工业锅炉制造和相关企业（如辅机、附件制造，工程成套，销售安装等）及有关的科研、设计院所校等单位，承认和遵守中国电器工业协会章程和工业锅炉分会工作条例，有加入本分会意愿者，均可申请入会。经本分会批准接纳的会员均为中国电器工业协会会员。
二、会员发展
1、根据中国电器工业协会理事会委托，工业锅炉分会可发展单位会员。
2、发展会员是分会组织建设与发展的重要任务之一。工业锅炉分会将本着自愿、平等的原则，积极做好发展会员的工作，不断扩大会员覆盖面。
三、入会手续
1、申请入会单位应向本分会秘书处提交“中国电器工业协会会员入会申请表”一式二份、企业法人营业执照复印件一份及有关资料，经分会秘书处审查同意后报分会理事会批准；
2、经分会理事会批准后，其入会申请表一份留存分会秘书处，一份报中国电器工业协会秘书处备案。
3、入会时间从审批通过之日算起。
4、会员单位的代表须是该单位的法定代表人或受其委托的一名在职主要负责人，参加中国电器工业协会和工业锅炉分会的活动，并指派一名联络员。
四、会员证
1、会员证由中国电器工业协会秘书处统一印制、编号、打印。会员证按届核发，届内有效（会员证注明工业锅炉分会理事、常务理事、正、副理事长单位）。
2、会员证由中国电器工业协会秘书处委托工业锅炉分会秘书处颁发。
五、退会手续
1、入会自愿、退会自由。会员退会由工业锅炉分会核准并报中国电器工业协会秘书处备案。
2、会员如连续两年不交会费或不参加本分会活动，视为自动退会。
3、会员退会，不退会费。
4、会员如有严重违反本分会工作条列的行为，经分会理事会讨论通过，予以除名。
5、退会或被除名的会员，其会员证自动失效，会员证号自动作废，不再重复使用。
6、退会或被除名的会员，应在中国电器工业协会工业锅炉分会刊物（工业锅炉通讯）上予以公布。
六、其它
会员单位更换企业名称、地址、电话、传真、联络员和法定代表人等，应及时通报工业锅炉分会秘书处，分会秘书处报中国电器工业协会秘书处备案。

In order to normalize membership registration administration, to promote self- construction and development, we worked out this Membership Registration Administration pursuant to the Chapter 3 of Industrial Boiler Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association Work Ordinances(hereinafter called as Work Ordinances):
1. All companies, who satisfy requirements prescribed in Article 8, admit and abide by the Work Ordinances and who are interested in becoming one of members, could apply for the membership of the Branch.
2. Application companies should submit to the Branch Secretariat their application documents, which are printed by the Branch and filled out by application companies(including application letter and relative qualification documents). Within 3 months, the Branch Secretariat will submit all these documents to the Branch Council or Standing Council for discussion and approval procedure. If admittance is approved, the Branch Secretariat will notify the application company to fulfill relative procedures and at the same time report to China Electrical Equipment Industry Association for record. If not approved, the Branch Secretariat will give a written reply with an explanation.
3. New Admittee should pay registration(admittance)charge, which need to pay only one time.
4. The membership application procedure for foreign-investment or joint venture companies is the same as that for domestic enterprises.
5. For admitted member, the Branch will issue Membership Certificate. The Membership Certification will be numbered by the Branch Secretariat.
6. Membership Certification N0. is valid only for one issue. After withdrawing or removing from the membership, the Membership Certification should be returned to the Branch, the Membership Certification No. then be canceled and can’t be reused. Withdrawal or expulsion information will be published in the related bulletins.
7. If any member company want to rename their company, they should report to the Branch Secretariat in time and go through procedure for the alteration of Membership Certification.
8. For some reformed enterprises, who are the members of the Branch, and who become a subsidiary of a group, the group can’t obtain the membership state spontaneously. If the group would like to have membership state, they should apply for the Membership.
9. If any member kept dodging payment of dues for consecutive two years, the Branch Secretariat is empowered to suspend its membership qualification and take back its Membership Certification.
10. For any alteration of corporative representative, address, tel, fax or postcode, the member should notify the Branch Secretariat for keeping current archive.
11. Membership qualification confirmation should be performed each time before the expiration of current term of office. The member company could maintain membership state by bilateral confirmation. Member companies who reject confirmation will be deemed as withdrawal.
12. Any handled affairs as required by procedures mentioned above will be reported to China Electrical Equipment Industry Association for record.
13. The administration was approval by the congress by voting on Aug. 2006.
